We use your personal information solely for the following purposes: to respond to your property inquiries and connect you with a Flow Living consultant; to provide you with property information relevant to your request; to improve our website and services based on how users interact with them; and to fulfil any legal or regulatory obligations. We will never use your data for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent, and we will never sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, "PDPL"), we process your personal data on the basis of: your consent (when you submit a form); our legitimate interests in operating a real estate brokerage and responding to genuine inquiries; and compliance with applicable UAE laws and regulations, including RERA requirements.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by UAE law. Inquiry data is typically retained for up to 3 years for regulatory compliance purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 8).

6. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers provided by Supabase, which implements industry-standard encryption, access controls, and security practices. We use Cloudinary for image storage and Netlify for website hosting. All providers are contractually required to handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection standards. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, but we take all reasonable steps to protect your personal data.

7. Cookies and Tracking

This Website uses minimal cookies necessary for its operation. We do not currently use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that collect personal data. If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, seek your consent.

8. Your Rights

Under UAE data protection law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data: the right to access a copy of the data we hold about you; the right to correct any inaccurate or incomplete data; the right to request deletion of your data where it is no longer required; the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and the right to lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office. 9. Third-Party Services

Our Website integrates the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies: Supabase (database and authentication — supabase.com/privacy); Cloudinary (image hosting — cloudinary.com/privacy); Netlify (website hosting — netlify.com/privacy); Google Maps (location embeds — policies.google.com/privacy). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties.

10. Children's Privacy

This Website is not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, please contact us immediately.
